Zachyra Rodriguez

Zachyra Rodriguez, mother of Anthony Rodriguez is a Bilingual Bicultural License Social Worker, Therapist, and a Certified Marriage Specialist. “Zá-chy”, as she is well known by was born in Panama City, Panama. Her motto is “Making a difference in people’s lives”. Her love for God and passion for helping others has driven her to work with many individuals in different settings and backgrounds.

This led her to develop and facilitate numerous programs throughout her career. Zachy decided to take her pain and grief after the passing of her son and use it for a purpose greater than herself, and Anthony’s Legacy of Love Foundation was born.
One of her favorite quotes is “Use me, God. Show me how to take who I am, who I want to be, and what I can do, and use it for a purpose greater than myself.” MLK


Antonio Rodriguez

Antonio Rodriguez, father of Anthony Rodriguez was born in Panama City, Panama and moved to the United States in 1988. He is a Floor Covering Local Union Professional. He graduated from The Council of Carpenters Union Technical College in 2001. where he excelled among his graduating class and won the Local Union 2287 competition
award.

Antonio, holds a Theology Certificate that he received after completing 3yrs in Spanish Eastern Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God. He is a Certified Marriage Specialist; he and his wife are part of the Marriage Ministry of his local church, Fountain of Life.
His passion for helping others has led him to mentor young men where he was part of the Young men’s’ ministry for approximately six years. Antonio has led various Life Groups and is actively serving in his local community.

Rowena Moore

Dr. Rowena Moore has over twenty years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Dr. Moore is also an author, Medical Missionary and Mentor to college students, such as Anthony Rodriguez. She is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and has been living in the United States for over twenty years. Dr. Moore has a heart for those less fortunate and is actively involved in

her community. She is a Community Service Coordinator on her job, helping to spearhead numerous fundraisers throughout the year for the needy. Her involvement also includes supporting homeless families at HomeFront, supporting PEI Kids (Prevention and Education, Inc – which focuses on preventing and educating against child sexual abuse) and community events with the Robbinsville Women’s Association. Dr. Moore recently published her first book entitled, "A Party for George."


Andrea Dawkins-Henry

Andrea Dawkins-Henry has over 20 years of experience working in the Insurance Industry handling multiple jurisdictions. In addition, she holds over 15 licenses and has a wealth of knowledge in the handling and disposition of commercial liability claims. Andrea has a firm commitment in her belief in God and is quite passionate about public service. Andrea was born in Jamaica, West Indies and has

been living in the Unites States for more than 25 years. Andrea is very family focused and is zealous about initiatives that benefit the wellbeing of the community and the general populate. She is a natural horticulturist and spends much of her spare time nurturing her flourishing and bountiful plants. With her vibrant, dynamic and outgoing personality she is easily adaptable and her pleasant disposition will create a striking impression with all she associates with. Being the mother of two children she has the inherent ability to understand the needs, challenges and core requirements of being a parent especially those that struggle to meet the day to day expenses of higher learning.

It is Andrea’s hope that her affiliation with this foundation will honor the Legacy of Love that Anthony sought to impart upon all who knew him so that his memory will live on for generations.

Tania Washington

Tania Washington is a native of Panama City, Panama and has lived in New York City since 1982. In 2010 after working for over twelve years as a Medical Billing Manager, Tania joined her husband and assumed a full-time role as the Property Administrator for their family-owned real estate business. Tania met her husband 29 years ago and have been blessed with two sons.

She is an active member of her church where her personality shines as she serves in the welcome center.
In 2018 she volunteered for “Hope Day,” an event hosted annually by the church that offers food and services to communities in need. Tania explained that the experience was one of the most emotional and fulfilling days of her life. It allowed her to honor Anthony’s memory, her nephew, with a mission that he was passionate about.

Debora Sykes

Debora Sykes, originally from Panama, ventured to New York in 1988 to pursue higher education and explore new job opportunities. In 2000, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Special Education, laying the foundation for her extensive 30-year career dedicated to supporting students with diverse abilities.

 In 2003, Debora embarked on a new journey with her husband and two daughters, relocating to Atlanta in pursuit of fresh opportunities for her family.

Armed with a Master's Degree in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and a Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership, she continued her passion for empowering students to reach their fullest potential.

 Beyond her professional endeavors, Debora is an integral member of Cultivation Church, where she actively engages in various roles such as Ordained Minister, teacher, and leader. Her passion is to work and build God’s kingdom and to serve those in need.

 Inspired by her nephew Anthony's dedication to helping those in need, Debora is driven to make a tangible impact through her involvement with Anthony's Legacy of Love. She wholeheartedly embraces the mission to spread hope, faith, love, and support to individuals facing adversity, embodying the essence of compassion and empathy in her endeavors.

David Boudwin, also well known as Pastor Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He pastored at Fountain of Life Center located in Burlington, N.J. for 40+ years serving as an Ordained Minister in the Assemblies of God and also as an Outreach and Youth Pastor. He was an essential part at the Life Center Academy as a Business Administrator, and also in Anthony’s spiritual upbringing for many years.
Mr. Boudwin comes with many years of experience holding positions as Past President and Founder for Real Life Broadcasting and Fountain Foundation. He also served as a Board Member at Valley Forge University and Early Achievers Academy Charter School in Trenton, NJ.
